Dragon Sail

Dragon Sail Pharmaceutical has three 200-L production lines, three 500-L lines and three 2000-L lines put into operation, covering pilot scale, clinical sample production, critical clinical sample production and commercial production, meeting the production needs of all stages from IND application to commercial production.

  • Among them, Dragon Sail’s pilot plant complies with GMP standards and has 6 production lines, including 3 500-L production lines and 3 200-L production lines, which can provide customers with CDMO services from 200L to 500L in compliance with GMP control requirements. Dragon Sail's commercial production workshop meets GMP standards and has three 2000-L production lines, which can provide customers with CDMO production services with a commercialized scale of 2000L.
  • The key equipment and facilities of the production line all from international first-tier brands and one-time technology is adopted to completely realize non-cross production, meeting the production conditions of different types of CDM business, shortening the supply chain supply cycle and reducing production costs. After years of exploration and accumulation, Dragon Sail Pharmaceutical has established its unique management concept and a sound production scale-up system, which can significantly shorten the cycle of pilot production scale-up and production.
  • In addition, the workshop adopts independent air conditioning system according to different production stages to avoid environmental cross-contamination. Such as cell amplification, bioreactor culture, deep filtration, primary purification, purification and bulks preparation.
